Taking a stab at menu planning

I am not much of a *pre-planner* when it comes to cooking. Yeah, I might have a rough idea each week but it is VERY subject to change. This week I am taking a stab at planning things out a bit.

Sunday- Mini Meatloaves (making enough for 2 days now and 2 days to freeze)

Monday- Leftovers

Tuesday- Sausage and Cabbage

Wednesday- Leftovers

Thursday- Roast Turkey, Spinach Casserole, Stuffing, Carrots (basically a holiday meal but we LOVE it all year round)

Friday- Leftovers

Saturday- Grab whatever is left from the week to clean up the fridge.
