Food Lion is running a deal in our area (each area is different, check your local flyer or FoodLion.com to see what deals your area has each week!) for Ground Beef. It is the 73/27 blend but at 1.29 per lb I will take it!!!!!

How did you print FL coupons for the beef?

Wendy, You sign up on Food Lion's website for weekly emails. In those emails, at the bottom, they always have 4 coupons that can only be used in the store, these are called FLIPS (food lion internet printables). You can also go to HotCouponWorld.com and go to the Food Lion forum and there is always links to the FLIPS people get each week. You can print from there. Here is the secret tho, each print link will ONLY work once. SO if you want multiples of a particular one you need to change the print amount from 1 to whatever # you want when the Print box pops up.
